This is probably the factor that will have the most impact over how you see investing and how you construct your portfolio. In this episode, I introduce my upcoming series on developing your own investment approach. Much like the weight loss advice of "eat better and exercise", I think we can get a bit more specific on understanding an investment approach beyond "just buy an index fund". I have no problem with index funds whatsoever but this series will dig below the surface to help you understand what investment approach makes sense for you whether you work with an advisor or go with a DIY approach.
