Nothing like a refreshingly bitter Negroni. So how do you make the perfect Negroni? The secret is all in the ingredients. The key to the great cocktail is selecting a gin-vermouth pairing that complements the bitter flavours of Campari.
Ingredients
1 ounce gin
1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Garnish: orange peel
Steps
Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with large ice cubes.

With the summer only a few months away, I’m sure we’re all looking forward to a refreshing gin cocktail in the sun.
Here’s a really simple recipe for a delicious Gin Pornstar Martini…
Ingredients
50ml flavoured Gin (we recommend mango or passionate fruit flavour)
50ml smooth orange juice, fresh or bottled
100ml Prosecco (we use dry)
1 slice of passionfruit or orange
Method
Add 50ml Gin and 50 ml orange juice into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake until the mix begins to foam.

Follow these simple steps to make the perfect G&T:
Preparation
Large highball or balloon glass
A handful of good quality ice cubes
Bottle of your favourite gin
A fine, chilled tonic water (200ml bottles keep it fresh)
