Embodied & Sublime I realise that I am writing this actually coming up to the Full Moon in Taurus while the Sun is literally rising in the sky opposite in the sign of Scorpio.  So the writing is on the wire but it feels the right thing to do to capture and embody the energy of Taurus.  This is my second attempt at writing this for you as a first draft was emailed earlier this morning and somehow the document was lost in the subterranean depths of my computer.  However, regardless of what we know and are experiencing in the upheaval and crisis of the world at the present time ..read more

A Dog’s Tale: Occys’ Story

Here in the UK we are known for the love we have for our four legged friends, the relationships we have with them are the same, if not, as precious as our human family. They are our family.  From crazy outfits, plush beds, desinger coats and beyond, our pets are well up there with the things we care the most about and will invest heavily in.  I am a very proud dog owner. I love my boy, my giant hairy Chewbaca of a dog, my bear. Occy has been with me for the past 9 1/2 pup years making him a very honourable 66 1/2 dog years old.He most certainly thinks he is still in his prime with ..read more

Family Constellations

Is your past impacting on your present? For most of us there is ‘unspoken’ stuff, secrets, shame, ‘baggage’ that is preventing us from fully stepping into our authentic selves Some of you know that I believe Family Constellations transformed my life, I am forever grateful to Julie Toms Arbel who facilitated a constellation for me that changed everything – in 30 minutes! I’d had an extremely difficult relationship with my mother and was extremely anxious and insecure. Of course once I slotted the missing piece into the holistic jigsaw (ditched the booze) I could see that there was more work to ..read more

Love The Bones Of You

The term ‘hip replacement’ is thrown around liberally these days and, if we’re being honest, a lot of people take it for granted as they trot over their sixtieth year. Why does it happen? Well, by the time we’re thirty our body has stopped forming bone and has gone into maintenance mode. It does do what it can to repair any damage, but we have to give it the right tools to do the job. This means we need to do some kind of weight-bearing exercise and make sure we get enough calcium and vitamin D. As we sail through the gates of menopause and into the winds of mature woman,  ..read more

November 11th, as we know, is a historically significant date, and many people across the world will be paying their respects today. It was on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918 that the armistice agreement was signed to end World War 1, following a loss of over 20 million lives. Freedom is not something we should ever take for granted … But now let’s look at the date from a more spiritual perspective, because today brings with it the potential for all possibilities! November 11th (11:11) is actually one of the most magical days of the year where manifesting is concerned ..read more

New Moon in Scorpio 4th November 2021 at 21.14 London Reset.  Plug in.  And Let go.  ( in no particular order ) Technically this New Moon is actually happening just before Samhain, the Festival of the end of the Harvest and the decline of the Light into the Winter months.  A time to let go of what no longer serves us because we are entering a New Gateway.   This date traditionally occurs at the mid point of the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice at 15 degrees of Scorpio.  This Gateway is an important marker for grateful remembrance and forgiveness.  ..read more
