We stand in solidarity with our black families. I know as a white American, I am often faced with questions like "how do I tell my children about this?" or "how much is too much?" Generally I shield my children from much of the world. IF THEY WERE YOUNGER the answers I would give would be brief but to the point about the violence - with my youngest being 9, we took the conversation deeper. More in the video.
