Hiiii some wanted the recipe but i didn´t know that i could post recipes, so here it is, this recipe its actually from the Dessert Person book, i cut some parts of the explanation of the process just to be more straight foward, also maybe it has variations of the ingredients or grams, that its mine and my notes u/lavendermoonlightz u/sweet4olivia requested it! I've been baking cookies for my 10am break at work for months now. I've tried lots of recipes, but unfortunately there's always something wrong. I've settled on one, but they're always a little too crumbly, halfway between a shortbread and a cookie. I love cookies that aren't crunchy, doughy in the middle. Do you have a recipe I could try this weekend to make my 10 a.m. break even better?

I’ve always loved mochi my whole life. BUT I finally found my all time favorite mochi dessert. I stumbled upon this new dessert spot called Yiko Yiko in San Diego, CA. They serve these fresh mochi balls that you dip in sea salt cream and crunchy waffle bits. They seriously changed my life and they are so addicting! Perfectly sweet, salty, creamy, and chewy. UGH so good!!
