My grandmother started making these cookies and bringing them with her when she visited at Christmas sometime in the early 2000s. We all loved them, and so she gave me the recipe. They are easy to make and super delicious.
You will need mini muffin tins for this recipe. Also, make sure you buy Reese’s Miniatures for this recipe - NOT Reese’s Minis. They are two different products. The Miniatures are the ones you want.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter...

Beignets are an essential thing to try when you visit New Orleans. It’s been several years, but it’s great to be able to recreate that magic. You can absolutely make the beignets with water instead of buttermilk, but this adds an extra bit of awesome.
By the way, I used white chocolate chips because that’s all I had on hand.
Ingredients
3/4 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 1/2 cups bread flour plus extra for...

I'll admit it, I tried one. No sugar obviously, but it wasn't bad at all.
Makes about 30-32
Next time, I'll flatten the cookie dough balls a bit. Thought they would flatten on their own, but they didn't obviously. I used a slightly over 1 Tbsp cookie dough scoop and used rounded scoops of dough.
I made these fairly small since we have pugs, but they can be increased in size for larger dogs, just bake a little longer.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup milk...
