Hi, I’m looking for a little advice, I have been in Hrt for 4 years now, I’m 53. I take 3 sprays of Lenzetto everyday and for 10 days of the month I take 1 utrogestan 100mg tablet. After finishing the tablets I always have a break through bleed for a few days. However, for the last 4 months no bleed, I have also started to experience low ovary pains ? Hi, I'm new to the board, just joined this morning. I am looking forward to chatting to some supportive ladies who might be going through a similar experience. I would be very grateful for any advice as I am desperate. I have suffered from hot flushes since 2001 - 21 years!! During the last last 12 months they have become so bad I burn viciously for 2-4 hours each night and am so sleep deprived I spend the day trying to sleep and recover. I have given up, and no longer go out as am too tired and distressed. Over the last 9 months I have tried: Evorel patches of 25, 50, 100 and 150 micrograms and Estradot 100 and Estorel Gel 4 pumps/day and Testosterone and Oxybutynin. None of these has helped. Hi, I am really hoping someone can advise me on this. I am on HRT 1mg Elleste solo & Utrogestan 100mg. I have had a history of anxiety and depression and I use to be on anti depressants, but come off them a couple of years ago. I went on HRT as I was mainly becoming very snappy and irritable, feeling exhausted and achy joints. I have tried various HRT and although it seemed to be working, I have started feeling very low in the last few weeks and very anxious. I am in my second year of menopause and I'm on Hormone Replacement Therapy and using testortone cream which stops my headaches and hot flushes. But every 4-5 months my anxiety increases but this time my anxiety have really increased to the point where I just start crying, my heart rate increases & this time my nipples are very tender. Hello all! I cannot tell you how great it is that I found this site. Menopause stinks! I haven't felt normal for three years now. I came across Baileyboo's discussion from last year and I have the same symptom, but I didn't realize the lump in the throat, heart palpation, were from menopause. I had ecocardiogram, ct scans on lungs for shortness of breath, seen speech therapist for vocal cord dysfunction for the lump in throat and shortness of breath. Hi Everyone I have worked in the same place for 34 years and worked my way up. We now have a new manager who has decided that after not wearing a uniform for 15 years I now have to wear one. This is because the managers daughter works with us and is unable to keep her breasts under control hence I now have to wear a uniform! They have provided me a viscose sweat inducing garment.
