Yey, they do exist! ;) I have found a true citizen developer and her name is Marie Nordström and she works at H&M in HongKong. She tells the story of how she ended up building apps to make processes within the company more efficient and to gather statistics in a smarter way. She built an app in a week without knowing Power Apps or any code before she started, but got into it fast and now she is building more apps and flows and visualize the data in Power BI.
