If we've learnt anything in the last couple of years, it's that a foggy, tired, burnt out mind is not a healthy or a safe place to be. How can Chair Yoga help? Simple yoga postures can help relieve tired or achey bodies and bring some fresh blood and oxygen into the areas that need it the most, leav ..read more

My yoga teacher and my yoga practice has taught me that we are all connected, and by doing good for ourselves we are doing good. If this is your reminder to put down your phone and take 5 minutes to breathe then follow your intuition. If you already practice yoga, then roll out your mat and move how your body wants you to move, if y ..read more

And then we move into February 2022 and half the teaching team (and the main Frog Proj HQ) go down with the bug. The principles of nature, Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine talk to us about Winter as the season of nurturing, slowing down and resting where ever we are. If we move at 100 miles an h ..read more

by Mai Perry-Gosling

After the discombobulation of last year, a lot of us are feeling the pressure to make this Christmas ‘perfect’, which is making Black Friday - a tumultuous and stressy period at the best of times – even more frantic, impulsive, isolating, expensive and downright damaging.
