Well, the past 48 hours me and my partner have been busy trying to fetch a full HD Pro Head by Catwa. Same as about half of the population of SL. At first on Marketplace, and once it totally broke down, on one of the 4 extra sims just created for this L$1 giveaway of a full feautured head of the newest generation. And its amazing. Today, I did update the male hair & beards section and I thought it might be time to write something about the available hair. There are different ways creators design the hair and every way has its definite pros and cons. To make it clearly, everything usually is mesh, some prim. Prim hair usually is the old style one, doesnt look detailed but can be made flexi by using flexiprims. The hair is swinging when moving. Mesh hair gives more details and looks more realistic. Noticing the big list of tattoo artists and knowing there is even much more out there to find, especially on Marketplace which I dont cover, I thought I will write a bit about this topic. Being a male avatar in Second Life compared to RL bears a few advantages also in the matter of facial hair. There is no need to shave every day, the available heads on the market are not yet that advanced that any beard will grow by itself.
