Advice please. Person A is arrested for affray. They are interviewed and the DS (ERO) NFAs the case in custody. The custody Sgt is informed of this and disagrees with that disposal and refuses to administer the NFA and instead says they person A bailed. The DS states they have made their decision so as far as they are concerned the case is NFAd. Who has the ultimate say here? There's no turning lane so there's often cars getting stuck in the road blocking it waiting to get into a petrol station which is full. Afternoon all, My girlfriends mate went out with a few friends last night and ended up going home with someone.
