Hello and "wee wee" as the Europeans and other high brow fancy folks like me say. I want to share with you my beautiful artwork I have spent tens of minutes on. Most use paints or pencils and other dorky analog dinosaur technologies but I am a man of class. If I wanted to make hieroglyphics in my bathroom then I'd use markers but a true arteest like me prefers something much more refined, complex, and capable of being converted more easily to NFT: mspaint.
Please enjoy these fine pieces and for professional inquiries contact me dimforest@dimforest.com ..read more

trying to print this as a sheet of stickers on a black laser printer.
The green comes out as grey.
How would you easily get both text and line art print as solid black?
I copied picture to mspaint, zoomed in on green and used the bucket to turn it black. But there's a light green pixelation around it that is still light green. I figured good enough.
Trying to replace the image (copy / paste) and formatting falls apart. Not a big deal, but wonder if there's an easier way.
In picture format in word, there's a recolor -> b&w choice. but then the pic is all white. (choosing greyscal, makes ..read more

Being stuck at home I am cleaning out the closet and found a couple 'Logitech QuickCam deluxe for notebooks.
I plugged them in a win 10 machine and open up the camera app and test the audio. All work fine.
In settings for the cam, I can choose different height / width resolutions ranging from .01 to 0.3MP.
Searching online, I see it described as having a 640480 .3 CMOS sensor. That works out to .3 mp?
But I see that it says it can take 1.3megapixel still pics?
That's not right, right? I did see on this page:

So my gf is really into digital art and is thinking about starting commissions and such but she wants to get a better tablet that shows the screen on the tablet.
she has been looking into getting the XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro display drawing tablet . Her price range is about $500 max but if it makes a huge difference that can change a little. Color and calibration are the most important thing shes looking for in the tablet. Any help would be appreciated whether its suggestions for other tablets or reviews of the Artist 15.6 Pro .
Thanks again ..read more

I've always wondered when ShadowProtect or other apps make huge files as a backup... how do you really know that's going to be usable when you need it? Or even just a big data file on your hard drive.... how do you know it's usable?
That fear / question about a big backup file being corrupted came up today - I record a radio show I like. I have some mp3 files from it that are from 2015 and 2013. They are at least 4 horus long and range in size from 300mb to 700mb (different lengths of recordings).
I am finding that a bunch of them don't play in windows media player or vlc.
Newer ones do play f ..read more

I have been asked to give some ideas to make a traditional office modern. The business provides travel information to its clients. At the moment it is in a old office and they would like to relocate and make it look modern. This is what I have suggested so far, can you please suggest some options.
Big TV in reception area with ads running - what software do you use?
Customer first come first serve system, ticketing system - what do you suggest?
Time clock for staff - what do you recommend?
CCTV - may be one camera pointing to the entry door and monitor displaying live camer ..read more

I looked at a few other posts but was not getting any useful information back.
I have been asked to look at the option of putting a TV in one of our company break rooms and have it display the weather radar. They also said they wouldn't mind it showing pertinent safety data/messages.
I think this kind of goes with digital sinage.
How many of you are using such a platform/service?
What hardware did you use for the PC? Where do you have them pointed for content?
How easily is this administered ..read more
