Zilla is a monospecific genus in the flora of Egypt represented by Zilla spinosa. The field observations of Zilla spinosa populations showed the presence of a high degree of morphological diversity. The objective of this research was to investigate the molecular genetic similarities between LSDV and SPV, which have spread extensively in Egypt. Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2NPs) minimize contamination and enhance proliferation and multiplication of banana through micropropagation. The effect of TiO2NPs on banana tissue culture (micropropagation cultivar Grand Nain) as well as on banana DNA was studied using different concentrations (i.e., 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20 and 30 mg/L). SRAP and SSR markers were employed efficiently to discover the genetic distinction and phylogenetic relationships among five cultivars of Egyptian Faba bean (Giza 716, Giza 843, Sakha 4, Mariot 2 and Nubaria 5). SRAP primers exhibited a total of 70 bands and 35 (50%) were polymorphic bands.
