My son and I are currently living with my folks until my upcoming nuptials in July 2024. This morning he came down from the bedroom he is staying in with a little reddish/burnt orange colored bug pinched between his fingers. After a quick Google search looks very much like an adult bed bug. He also had several large welts across his chest and arm that he said itched terrible. I inspected the mattress top/bottom under and along the seams and crevices; didn’t find any remnants of bed bugs or... ***Bed bug????Help ..read more

The other day I saw a roughly 3 foot snake inside our garage near one of the doors, before I could react it slithered into a hole that looks like it is there by design and as you can see in the picture there is actually a snake skin right in front of the hole. My question is, what should I do? Is it ok to fill in the hole with say a spray foam or something else? Thanks in advance for any help ..read more

With the move toward essential oil sprays, I've been seeing more issues with mistblowers. It always starts with the shutoff oring. It dribbles, but it shouldn't matter, except, you guys leave them full tank until they fill the elbow and are shocked the juice dumps on you in the morning. The problem is the the Oring in the flow control. Switch them to florousilicone rubber not silicone rubber. I've also encountered the exact same issue on the outlet elbows. The techs suddenly can't swivel... SR450, SR430 O-Ring Issues ..read more

So I started as a pest control tech this week and made a mistake today. Im hoping its not a massive one. I was doing the interior of a client's house today. Put biogel drain cleaner in the shower drain, and thats ok. But here's the mistake: I put a few puffs of alpine dust down the drain shorty after. I realized this mistake shorty after I left. AVOID WET AREAS AND DRAINS. I just want to make sure the customer will be okay and want to make sure the water supply isn't contaminated or... I'm a new tech who made a mistake ..read more
