For a long time I’ve had a strategy for categorizing parts of my life and constantly analyzing each area. It’s always been broken up into reflecting on where I am now, where I want to be, and setting goals on how to get there.
But although I’ve made good progress, I didn’t get the results I wanted in all areas as quick as I could’ve.
Something was missing.
I just got back from a short trip to Hawaii for a bachelor’s party. I spoke with a friend for a few hours while we were driving around...

Do you have any thoughts that hold you back and want to fix it?
Then look no further.
I use that framework myself to fix any hindering thoughts that hold me back and it never failed me.
It's so simple that you will not believe it, but just try it out.
First, write down a thought that holds you back:
Why do I have fear of signing paid clients?
After that, you think about any reason that comes to your mind, look for at least three.
Why do I have fear of...

12 years ago, I was a young dude full of dreams, hoping to make at least a few thousand dollars a month from my business so I could be financially free.
At that point in my life, I had already tried several businesses but nothing worked. Each failure sent me into a deep pit of self-pity, followed by another bout of excitement and inevitably another failure.
Fast forward a few years (documented in my progress thread on the inside), I finally figured out how to stick to one business...

Hi,
I am wondering how to become more charismatic and I hope you have some tips for me.
Is it enough to read a few books about it (How to win friends and influence people, The Charisma Myth) and practice the things they say?
Do these tips do any good at all or is it more about being successful and overcoming difficult challenges to become more charismatic?
It's not that I have social deficits or can't talk to people. I don't have any problems in that regard, but as so often in life...

Let me first emphasize that I am not complaining and I am very thankful to be in the spot that I am. My reason for this post is to maybe get some input from other experienced members who are/were in a similar position.
It’s been a little over one year now since I sold one of my eCommerce brands. I still have another brand which does about 15k profit per month very consistently, so my living expenses are more than covered.
So what is my problem now?
I’ve dabbled in multiple things after...

I've been in a rut, my business ventures have slowed and got thrown way out of wack after moving back home with my inlaws. I'm having trouble gaining more clients for my "EngineerThis" service, and my Home service business Crystal Clear has also slowed due to the lack of homes in Northern Michigan... Besides that, I'm off my workout routines, and starting to spend copious amounts of time on Youtube again.. You get the picture. I've been trying to right the boat for a month now...

How many times in your life have you let yourself down?
How many times have you disappointed yourself?
How many times have you chosen instant gratification over productive activities that would yield better long-term results?
Why is it so hard to do the right thing, and why do most people end up living a life of quiet desperation?
We do not have as much free will as we think we have.
Human behavior is so predictable, that we can build entire bodies of knowledge (psychology, marketing...

Just sharing: Over the long weekend, my family and I went prawning and my son got bored and wanted to catch the yabby. After struggling to catch one for 40 minutes, a kind stranger in his late 50s came over and showed my son how to catch them without bait! He took the time to coach my son and within 15 minutes, he caught 3 yabbys!
This got me thinking about the importance of having mentors in our lives. Just like the uncle who generously shared his knowledge, having someone to...

Are you someone who gets a thrill from buying the most recent iPhone? Or do you find yourself lusting after the latest Louis, Gucci, or Balenciaga? If that's the case, it's time for a paradigm shift regarding what constitutes a true status symbol in our time. The most precious symbol isn't what you might think - it's not wealth, fancy cars, or luxury goods. Moreover, anyone can access this symbol.
In the hustle and bustle of today's world, the ultimate status symbol is, quite...

Introduction-
Hello to all. This is my first post to the fast lane forum and I wanted to share something that I've been thinking about that I need feed back on.
For context, I'm a 20-year-old engineering student that hasn't done anything significantly entrepreneurial in my life. Sitting in a cubicaI following the typical career path seemed bleak to me so I started to get interested in entrepreneurship. I picked up the Millionaire Fastlane and here we are (I'm about 75% finished with...
