HubSpot is one of the biggest CRM and project management software platforms with 7,000 employees and 150k+ customers worldwide. They discussed why ESG is important at Software-as-a-Service companies and how corporations must ensure they are sustainable and transparent to attract and retain young talent. For this episode, we sat down with Carrie Davies, the founder of ONE Essentials, a brand that focuses on creating beautiful, high-quality biodegradable clothing items. As well as underwear, the brand also creates unisex tees and sweaters. We discussed why 'basics' clothing items are not manufactured sustainably and how that is reflected in the cost of the items.
