In this episode, Zhan shares the journey of how she learnt the value of a dirty $2 coin and how it’s worth much more than it appears. Thanks to the values her parents instilled in her growing up, she’s been on the path to success for as long as she can remember and has been smashing goals ever since that fateful treasure-hunting day. Despite a discouraging first experience in the property sphere, she stuck to her guns and managed to buy her first property during the peak of COVID, and she’s nowhere near done yet.

In this episode the self-proclaimed podcountants attempt to play good cop bad cop for a moment, but their inherent good cop nature shines through soon enough. The Director of Fun and Lifestyle Accountant share how they grew up together but also not at all, and how they ended up going from the pub to the podcast studio via purchasing an accountancy firm together. With their focus on small business and sticking to their roots, it’s safe to say CATS Accounting will continue to be a well-known name on the Coast for decades to come.

In this episode Kulkarni explains how the wealth building game is much like the seasons of the year, and how while you may experience showers, it produces well-flowering gardens by the end. Along with one of her classic case studies, she reveals why when you’re in the springtime of growing your investment garden, it’s important not to put all of your about-to-hatch eggs in one basket.

As markets across Australia favoured sellers throughout the pandemic, buyers can be forgiven for thinking snapping up a deal is like finding a needle in a haystack. Loo shares how this isn’t the case at all, and delves into the story of a happy client who scored a $450,000 property for a much smaller figure, proving that sometimes all it takes is a little digging. While sellers celebrated during 2020 and 2021, they certainly weren’t the only ones.
