The tile guy didn't line up and level the left side of the shower wall so now there's an inch gap between the top of the closet door frame and the bottom nearly touches the shower curb. We are using this trim to create panels in our living room. How weird would it look to put the smaller thinned out edge on the outside of the frame and the thicker edge on the inside. I've placed it both ways to get a visual and I honestly prefer the look of the thinner end being on the outsides but I'm not sure enough to commit to cutting all the pieces this way. Looking to have my kitchen redone. Where the table is located in the picture (far right) is currently where my kitchen is located.
