Been a while since I have done this in Sydney (2018 was the last time). Require a new concrete driveway for a new build and just seeing what the going rates are. From memory last time it was around $70 per m2 for plain concrete and included crossover. Had a couple of quotes for a job where it is coming $130-170 per m2. Earthworks not included Wondering if prices have doubled or should I be getting more quotes. For reference just did a job in November for $66 per m2 in Perth again... During ,the building of a retaining wall the landscaper did not do a good waterproofing. Now in some parts of the wall moisture is always present. We have come across a 3 year old duplex which has been advertised with a potential 4th bedroom/ media room downstairs (see yellow highlight in floorplan).
