What do you all use as a source of fiber while doing keto? I have come to find out from daily experience my fiber is low and the recipes I have for meals does not appear to have much at all in them so I am trying to find a snack I can make for each day to get my fiber up. I have flax and chia that I used in protein shakes before but was not really a fan of the consistency but will begin doing that again in the interim

Hi guys, i was doing carnivore for 4 weeks, ive lost around 6lb in 5 weeks now 1 week on keto but my weight just seems so stuck around the 10st 8lb mark, 26 female and 5’4. I’m being told im overeating so to do keto but track my calories? I’m am very confused. I really enjoyed carnivore but I am just missing some foods and I have a 17 month old so counting calories and tracking was just something I wanted to leave out for time saving. Can anyone please give me some info if this is something I need to do? ?

41m 6ft. Been keto since the second week of January 2024. I dont know my exact weight at the time but i was probably somewhere around 220-225.
For the past 3 weeks ive been stuck between 204-210. I cant crack 204 its almost comical when i get on the scale.
When i started keto I tracked every single ingredient i ate but stopped after 2 months just cause i feel i have a grasp on what im eating now. Strict 20g of carbs or less the whole time.
I do like being keto for more than just the weight loss benefits so its really not that big a deal. I know if I stay on it im sure it’ll crack at some poin ..read more

I've been on keto for a week when I'm in day 6 into keto I wake up with puffy eye and crack lip and whenever I pee it's always bubble. I take one electrolytes pack per day(brand name Royal D) after that and it's not went away. ?is this foamy urine normal during keto?

Possibly a dumb question but here goes. I am currently defrosting 500gm of lean beef mince. According to various sources (e.g. fatsecret.com), that should yield 90g of protein - which will be half my protein intake for the day..
However, once it is cooked (I do this fairly regularly), it is only 370g.
The dumb question is: am I getting the 90g of protein in the smaller portion due to the cooking process?

Hi everyone!
TLDR: I started keto on March 13, 2017 at 303.4lbs and hit my lowest recorded weight almost exactly two years later on March 17, 2019 at 149.6lbs. Maintained around 155lbs-160lbs for most of 2019 -- during which I was also on phentermine/topiramate to suppress my hunger (I was *always* hungry!!! even after devouring a large meal). At the end of the year I had an unexpected pregnancy due to IUD failure; coupled with holiday eating, I shot up to 190lbs. Then the pandemic happened and I fell off the wagon hard without my routine and being home all day. Started lifting in 2022, and r ..read more

Feeling Amazing! Cheat code unlocked! 65lbs in 3 months (355->290)
I have learned so much about how what we eat affects the hormones in our bodies. With the knowledge I’ve gathered this year I’m proud to say I’ll never see 300 on the scale again.
After a few weeks I learned of the benefits of intermittent fasting… 16:8, then 18:6, lately done a couple 24hr fasts (eat one meal a day at supper time) and as I’m writing this I just finished a 50hr Autophagy fast. My goal was 72hrs, but I did too much today and finally broke at dinner time.
My resting heart rate (according to my Fitbit) went fr ..read more
