Hello fellow coders . we all asked ourselves someday .. why da hell we are making a domain layer in clean architecture ? well , from a long-term view , domain layer is necessary for some specific type of projects . the "best" design pattern is a bullshit actually , there is nothing like that . there is only the most suitable design pattern for your project !! in a certain time i thought that no one will use something like clean architecture > i felt like it is the perfect definition of overengineering . but actually i was about to work in a company that uses clean architecture in their app ..read more

Bluetooth Classic - Read Data

Hi everyone, I'm developing an app that needs to read data from a connected Bluetooth device. The device is already paired with my phone, and I'm aiming to use Bluetooth Classic for communication. I've tried several libraries/packages, but haven't found one that works perfectly for my needs. I'd appreciate any assistance you can offer. Would anyone be able to recommend libraries or point me in the right direction? Thank you submitted by /u/Connect_Chard2795 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Is flutter really for beginners ?

Hello fellow coders I hope you dont suffer from a sudden bug today , I want to delve into a topic that has become evident to me during my two-year tenure as a Flutter developer. In the realm of freelancing, competition is par for the course. However, within the realm of Flutter, competition seems to overflow. Why is this the case? Many assert that Flutter's simplicity lures in developers, but is this truly the case? Not quite. While Flutter's widget architecture may indeed streamline UI development, the challenges arise when tackling larger software projects. It's not about Flutter per se; ra ..read more

Hello, I searched (what I'm going to tell is after I already installed flutter not before or while this situation) on google "Flutter install" to check something, I noticed that the site I was pressing on isn't official "https://flutter-ko.dev/get-started/install/macos" and As fast as I realized that I pressed return, now anyone here know if this site is malicoius or anything ? Should I be worried ? I'm Mac user (using currently Macbook pro M1 Pro) submitted by /u/Party_Football3313 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Calling & conversation summary generation?
Reddit » FlutterDev

Looking for suggestions on how to initiate phonecalls from the flutter app so that the conversation can be recorded and generate it's transcript automatically. Additionally, would like to pipe this transcript to some AI engine (in app or in the cloud) to generate it's summary. For example, zoom generates live / real time transcript of the meeting in a conversation format (and not a blind audio to text conversion). I am looking for something similar to be done in a flutter app for phone calls. Please share your inputs. submitted by /u/inspector_toon [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Android Studio and Gemini autocompletion
Reddit » FlutterDev

With the new release of Android Studio Jellyfish, Google announced that Gemini is available inside AS. It works indeed, but the autocomplete feature is not available for Flutter, at least on my machine, the error is: "Completion inactive: file type is not supported". I cannot find any information regarding which languages are supported, do you guys have tried it yet? I want some smart autocompletion free out of the box, and Gemini could have been a nice solution for me. Thanks submitted by /u/scognito [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
