Here are examples I found hyphenated by the author who I don't like to mention
8. In his office, the manager was generally well-liked.
I0. Wealthy people are often said to be well-heeled.
Many would say " don't hyphenate the compound adjective if it comes after the noun."
You hyphenate only when it goes before the noun.
And it is a rule adopted by many grammar books, but in virtue , we see the opposite.
In every day I notice examples here or there going opposite the rule.
And let me say, in five books I read daily, I find two or three of which are in different.

Strictly speaking, all (as instances of the inherently ungrammatical sequence *[too + ADJ + N]) are ungrammatical.
That said, however, most natives would probably happily accept (1), possibly by virtue of the complemental phrase (i.e. making one of the technically grammatical alternatives - 'access to technology THAT IS too easy' - ambiguous, and the other - 'access that is too easy to technology' - stylistically awkward).
