Insane Acne Breakout After Peel
My skin tends to leave PIH after every single pimple. So with time, the hyperpigmentation really adds up. I decided to go get a peel. The dermatologist gave me a mandelic and salicylic acid peel. My face was peeling for about 7-10 days. As soon as it stopped, I got an insane level of little whiteheads or pustules. I’ve already called my dermatologist and she reassured me that it has nothing to do with the peel. However, I’ve applied nothing topically, I never get breakouts on this level and of this type, and it couldn’t have possibly been a coincidence. I’m con ..read more

so for all my life i’ve had pretty dry skin and i’ve been working really hard to keep it moisturized and everything. i’ve been blessed to not really get acne or anything so that’s not an issue. i notice when my face is very dry, my makeup tends to seperate from it a lot, and typically when it is soft and moisturized, it does not. recently, though, every time i wear makeup it seperates even though my skin is very soft and glowy and my routine has not changed from when it did not do this. the only thing that i can think of is i have always had a lot of redness under my eyes, kind of on my cheek ..read more

Hello… so recently I found Suah/Janice on YouTube, she basically does vlogs. And in one of her vlogs, she shared all the skincare products she used.
I found it interesting because for once, it seems that skincare is not that complicated and I could actually follow it. And her face looks clean and pretty so maybe I could give it a try. I managed to deduct what products she used based on the picture:
•ROUND LAB 1025 Dokdo Toner •CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum •CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion •The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% •GOODAL Green Tangerine Vita C Dark Spot Care Serum

I’m 34 years old and have clear skin. That being said, due to aging it’s becoming dry very quickly and despite slathering it with products by Farmacy, the dryness is becoming difficult to manage and makeup doesn’t look as nice.
I fear this will lead to prominent wrinkles over time, which I’d like to avoid. I’m also very tired of my skin flaking on my nose, around my eyes and on my forehead (this is not a medical problem, I’ve had it checked). I’d love to regain that dewy feel I had in my 20’s!
I’m a complete noob with skincare and I don’t have too much time to trial and error many products. H ..read more

For some background: I suffer from incredibly rough, dry, and sometimes itchy skin. I’ve tried various body washes, net sponge, and still get the same issues. The only ones that have been decent for me are the Dove Shea butter-vanilla wash and method coconut water body wash. I’ve recently tried using the l'occitane shower oil and adding Cerave SA a few times a week and it improved results. However it gets really annoying using 2 and I don’t feel 100% clean. While looking for a body wash with the same qualities i came across naturium. And it’s finally in Canada so I’m thinking of buying th ..read more

Hi! Recently I’ve started using benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment as I’ve developed some blemishes above my lip, around my nasal area. I’ve been using a 2,5% gel, I’ve only used it twice so far and plan to stop when my blemishes disappear. I start by applying the BP gel, then LRP Cicaplast B5 Baume after the BP has completely dried down. I’ve noticed that the BP doesn’t sting at all but the moment the moisturizer touches my face it starts burning to the point where it’s almost unbearable.
Other than BP my routine is pretty simple. In the AM I cleanse my face with water then apply, in o ..read more

The left group of products are for the daytime, and the right group is used in the nighttime. The silver Vitamin C tube in the middle is used both in the day and nighttime.
