Today is day 66 of my 100 day meditation  challenge. Today the audio was on Tenderness, what a beautiful word. I would like to express my gratitude  for this wonderful challenge and I do believe that meditation leads to a tenderness. The analogy to the tenderisation of meat is apt. What I want from this challenge.  I hope to grow in my experience of Mindfulness. I aspire to reach a higher level of consciousness. Grow in self compassion and worldly compassion. Q.) What impact do you notice when you stop and take three mindful breaths? it slowed me down, or allowed me to slow down, not sure which. I found myself drifting to all the questions in my head, like 'am i doing this right', 'how log should I inhale', 'should I hold my breath', then I realized that those questions need to drift away so I can focus on just breathing and experiencing each breath. not trying typo achieve a specific experience, just to recognize and appreciate the experience for how I perceive it actually happening.  ..read more
