Today’s my birthday.. 39 years of age! I can’t help thinking if I can combine all my past lives what my actual age would be today...I could be ancient! But in this lifetime I’m nearly 40. I'm quite an open honest person when it comes to my mental health these days, I like to think that when I share my thoughts & opinions about certain matters they might just be helping that someone in the same boat.
