The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2024), which is scheduled to take place on May 5, 2024. University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman Jagadesh Kumar announced on 29th April 2024 that the National Eligibility Test (NET) has been rescheduled to June 18 to prevent any overlap with the UPSC preliminary exam. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has instructed all higher education institutions to ban the enrollment of foreign nationals in open and distance learning (ODL) programs. The Commission stated that only individuals residing in India can enroll in ODL programs, as per Annexure III of the UGC regulations.
