Yodlee is a linking service similar to Plaid. Plaid has methods for deleting your data (or at least they pretend to delete it). I couldn't find anything similar for Yodlee, so here's my experience.   I called Yodlee at their standard number that appears on google and BBB. I picked "customer care" which I think is for banks, immediately got a rep, asked them whether there was a way to delete my data. I'm guessing this is an odd question. But I have a preexisting relationship with wells fargo through a partnership. I currently have no access to these funds and I cannot currently make an account. I have called and they can confirm my name is in the system but I am told that I must go to a wells fargo bank to confirm my identity as i have a new name. The only problem there is that there is no wells fargo bank anywhere in my state or near me. I asked if there was any workaround to this and was told no. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Looks like Yodlee is willing to help me.   Is there a snail mail address for the legal, compliance, data protection, or similar department of Merrill or Bank of America?   I'm trying to get them to request that Yodlee (Plaid-like third party) delete my data. Yodlee gave me a few options but they said that the best way is to have Merrill reach out to them.
