I had a huge mental health crisis around April/May. I first noticed that I had a problem with binge drinking in February, and when I lost my job shortly after that, it spiralled VERY quickly. I ended up homeless and a missing person in a different city, within seven days. My family went through a lot of effort and flew to the neighbouring city to find me. I had a relapse about six weeks ago and I told my brother what happened. I offered to show him my transaction history to prove, as much... Read more ..read more

Anxiety (health anxiety to be exact), was literally starting to ruin my life. Panic attacks, paranoia, fear all the time, typical anxiety symptoms. I went on anti depressants as per the doctor but they made my depression worse (have suffered with this for years since my teens, currently 32), to the point were I was self harming and feeling very outer body and not like myself, so I stopped them and stick to drink, which I have done for the past 9-10 months, probably going about 3 nights max... First of all, I'd like to introduce myself. I am an 18-year-old male living in a big city in Germany. I've experimented with a wide range of drugs, from weed to oxys to LSD. I've tried almost everything under the sun, and I've been on and off various substances for the past 4 years. I never felt truly addicted, as I usually only used each drug for a few weeks or months before moving on to another one. Although I don't believe I need assistance, whenever I share my experiences—even with... Read more ..read more
