how about a mecha mount transformation? its slower and bulky but shoots lots of bullets and rockets and gives you permanent ironskin potion buff when transformed , not recommended for boss fights but good at mowing down event enemies. scratch that, add a lighter variant with less damage but more mobility. all the mounts downsides are that it has huge hitboxes, like twice the size of the player that way its not too overpowered ..read more

what if SOME sentries could move in like a 25x25 tile area around where it was summoned, but acts independently and just looks for enemies. Obviously the ballista couldn't move, it's a turret, but the frost hydra, spider queen, etc would make sense for them to be at least a little bit mobile, which could help targeting a ton in boss fights ..read more
