Many years back, I was scouting for a place to hunt deer within the Huron National Forest of Michigan. I had never driven there before but soon encountered a deer crossing yellow sign by the roadway. I stopped and walked back about 100 yards looking for a deer trail. Finding nothing, I reversed my steps and found a heavily used deer trail about 50 yards past the sign. The experiences I enjoyed are great memories I think of often. I never shot a big buck deer put didn't care as long as I had my time with my dad. yes I still use cameras got this pic the other day and thought it was interesting. the camera is on a very active trail. Many deer and a few coyotes from time to time. At first glance I thought it was a deer running straight at another deer. After looking closer I realized it was two deer running in the same direction. Cam didnt pick up on what, if anything was chasing them. I'll post some more pics in this thread of what has been walking by as it is mid February and I need something to... Read more ..read more
