Hello I’m new to the group and I’m looking for collectors of country music and bluegrass music. I have a large vinyl collection of 33,45,78 these are vintage artists like Hank Williams, Hank Snow, Red Sovine, Waylon, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, The Osborne Brothers, Doc Watson Dolly Parton, Porter Wagner, Ernest Tubb and quite a few of obscure artists and many more artists. This collection was started by my father in the 70’s and has amassed over 25,000 vinyls, and around 8 to 9 thousand cds. The reason i’m asking for collectors is because of my Dad who unexpectedly passed away in Sept. My dad ..read more

So I’m a novice when it comes to all things country, I’m from the uk for a start. However I love the music and a good 3 years ago I heard a song that I cannot find anywhere. I’m not even sure I know the name of the song and definitely don’t know who sung it. I heard it on an independent radio station while I was at work and it’s stuck with me until this day. The only information I have about the song is one lyric. I appreciate that isn’t helpful but I’m hoping somebody here can help me! The lyric I remember is “I drink a lotta wiiine” it’s a male singer and I have searched playlists, googled t ..read more

Please review it for real.  I found where the antichrist is going to bankr ..read more

My name is Ted Silar, and I'm releasing an EP, "Last Rose," on December 30th.  What makes it stand out is my guest artists. First and foremost, Byron Berine. This recording may be one of the last recordings he made before he passed away. He really made it sound great. Also, Jason Carter of the Del McCoury Band and Kristin Scott Benson of the Grascals are featured. The thing is, three of the songs have a Honky-Tonk feel. Dan Dugmore plays pedal steel on them.  And then the last one has a more traditional bluegrass rave-up kind of beat.  Does anybody think that bluegrass fans ..read more
