The tribe has spoken: Alinity banned from Twitch while streaming Survivor episodes
Dot Esports
by Michael Kelly

Alinity has been banned from Twitch for violating copyright laws. The streamer was watching episodes of the CBS show Survivor on her Twitch channel, which netted her a copyright strike that can now only be removed from her channel by going through a series of training endeavors known as “Copyright School.” Since Survivor is a network TV show that requires a subscription to the streaming service Paramount+ to stream legally on-demand, it should be fairly obvious why Alinity infringed on copyright laws.  ..read more

Imagine a beautiful water world full of vibrant coral reefs and unique creatures. Now fill that world with crumpled Coke cans, cigarette butts, and inky-black sludge oozing out of underwater flora. Sounds gross, right? That’s the world of Another Crab’s Treasure, the newest indie Soulslike about to hit digital shelves. But despite all the pollution and trash, developer Aggro Crab has created a stunning world you won’t ever want to leave.  In Another Crab’s Treasure, you play as a lone little hermit crab, Kril, who has his shell yoinked by a (literal) loan shark. You set off into the deep ..read more

It tells the story of Sheriff Rao and demon prince Beelzebub going on an adventure to bring water back to a land devastated by drought. It was short, sweet, and fully complete—until a few years ago when Bandai Namco announced it would be adapting the manga into an anime and game, featuring an expanded sto ..read more

Stellar Blade review: Lives up to its name in style
Dot Esports
by Andrew Highton

Stellar Blade hacks ‘n’ slashes multiple genres and iconic franchises, takes the best bits, and combines them into something special. The result is an epic action adventure that not only shows its pedigree and holds up as an excellent first-party PlayStation exclusive but has the potential to grow into something bigger and better. At first glance, you might think Stellar Blade is a half-baked sci-fi thriller that underdelivers—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. Shift Up’s new IP genuinely sets a high bar, and its combination of exhilarating combat, sumptuous graphics, and deep syste ..read more
