               When I came to know that I'm pregnant , that day itself I started to prepare for normal delivery. So I did meditation, walking, some exercises, diet , talk to baby, mantras, mudras.......                On August 16,2020; 39 weeks 6th day, contractions started lightly at 1am then I started walking slowly in room and slept for awhile.                  Gestational diabetes is high blood sugar levels in pregnancy and goes away after pregnancy.  Chances to get gestational diabetes in pregnancy are : • overweight, high BP in previous history or family history. • pcod • too much weight gain during pregnancy  • stress, tension, overthinking, lack of sleep during pregnancy. • age above 25 who become pregnant. • miscarriage in previous history.                                                 Talk to baby when you came to know that you are pregnant. Baby listen your words. Baby ear functioning develops from 5th month onwards, as per science. *** Drink a plenty of water . This increases ammonitic fluid . If low ammonitic fluid, chance is less for normal delivery. *** WALKING is best and simple exercise to get normal delivery. After talking any solid food walk immediately for 10 mins.                        Do's ✓ Good sleep ✓ warm water bath  ✓ Apply oil on stomach to decrease stretch marks.
