Just built a new system primarily for MSFS 2020 and in stock format I am only seeing Cinebench R23 scores of under 19K and from what I gather I should be pushing 40K stock?
Rog Z790 Strix E-Gaming WiFi Bios 0816
Intel I9-13900KS
G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-6400 2x16GB
Asus Tuf RTX 4090 gaming Video
EK Quantum Velocity2 Waterblock w 2 60mm 360 Radiators
Thermaltake 1350w Gold PS
I can OC to 60/59/45 -0.125 Offset and improve my score from 17K to low 19K but from everything I have been able to find I should be seeing at least 40,000 on the Cinebench R23 benchmark.
I assumed it was a bad CPU a ..read more

Hello,
I have a Maximus X Hero Wi-Fi AC motherboard, paired with an Intel 8700 CPU, and currently 16 gigabytes of RAM, Trident Z RGB F4-3200C16D-16GTZR. I have my CPU overlocked to 4.7 ghz, and it has been running FLAWLESSLY for years.
However, I'd like to upgrade my ram from 16 gigabytes to 32 gigabytes. Admittedly, I am not "overclocker savvy" and don't want to mess up my CPU overclock (which took me forever to figure out how to do back when I did it several years ago.)
If I upgrade my RAM, and keep the same kind but get 32 gigabytes (F4-3200C16D-32GTZR) and just replace my two 8 gigabyte ..read more

I've had the system for a while and never really had any luck with manually overclocking. The AI, however, gave me something like 5.3GHz on 1 core, 5.2GHz on 3 cores, 5.1GHz on 5 cores, and 5.0GHz on all cores. I remember they were odd numbers, but maybe they are suppose to be.
I bought a new case, TT The Tower 500, upgrading from my BeQuiet Silent Base 801, so I could fit all the cooling parts. I bought some ARGB fans and I wanted to be able to use the colour settings, so I installed AI3 Suite. My computer seemed to be having issues, so I reformatted (Windows 11 Pro), and I also flashed the B ..read more

Hi,
i want to lower Temps on my Zen4! At boot, i have 40 degrees.
I have EXPO mode on and no overclock.

i have tried to enable AMD ECO MODE but NOTHING changes, same TEMPS, no change whatsoever (i have already contacted ASUS but no reply).
i have seen with underclocking and undervolting i can get better temps!
but i do not know what settings i should go for. i am not a pro Ocer!
I need STABLE speed and Lower temps.

4. nzxt Kraken X73 360 mm
5. ASUS ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming WiFi motherboard socket Intel LGA 1700
6. Samsung 980 PRO 1 TB PCIe 4.0
7. 32GB (2x 16GB) G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5
8. ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3080 Ti OC
My question:

Hello,
This is the details of my current system:
CPU: Intel 5820k
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U14S
MB: Asus X99 Deluxe
RAM: Kingston HX428C14PB2K4/16
The RAM is currently running at 2133mhz and whenever i enable XMP Profile 1, the temperature of the CPU will skyrocket to 100s when stress testing. Currently, XMP is turned off as Profile 1 causes high temps and Profile 2 is unstable (causes random BSODs).
I am hoping to get the RAM's advertised speed. I have read a few posts which involves manual tweaks but i have no idea on how to perform this.
Many Thanks ..read more

Hey guys. When I overclock my ASUS mb using the AI auto overclocker….it says ‘98% Overclock’ when I startup my computer…..what does that mean? 3.20ghz x 96% then add on to its now at 6.2ghz? I don’t get it. The second question I had was I noticed when using 3D Timespy benchmark…that I scored higher NOT overclocking the cpu vs just using the 6.0ghz turbo boost? Is this normal? Like it is better to let the cpu turbo boost by itself for gaming compared to overclocking? Just wondering why turbo boost might be getting higher fps than an AI overclock?

So before I clean installed windows 11 a couple weeks ago I had the Asus Turbo V software but I cant remember what version or where I downloaded it from originally.
To make matters worse I dont see it in my Asus Maximus 13 Hero drivers download page (or any motherboard page for that matter).
Does anybody know where to find the official download location for the newest version? (assuming its compatible w/ my motherboard)
Did Asus EOL this software & why?
2nd question unrelated:
Why when I click on a thread are all the reply comments blank??? This happened on my phone the other day too. Se ..read more
