If Boruto took place 70 years after the end of Naruto I feel like it would’ve been easier for the fans to digest.You could still have the same ideas like the advanced technology vs old school training but it’ll also be easier to explain why Naruto,Sasuke and the old generation aren’t as prevalent since they are too old to fight these new villains.

Sakura and Hinata seemed to be the only ones who could answer the questions without cheating. Sasuke had no idea how to answer any of the questions like Naruto except he could cheat with his sharingan. Shikamaru got his answers from Ino after she Mind Transferred with Sakura. And the rest of the main characters shown from the Leaf, Sand, and Sound cheated various ways.
Sakura also mentioned the questions required knowledge and battle experience.
Was Sasuke not that book smart, and was Shikamaru really incapable of answering the questions or was he just being lazy?

Kaguya's motherhood is something that I find very compelling, despite not being explored in enough nuance. Kishimoto had a real chance to unpack and explore Kaguya's emotions and connection to her children. Especially when it can link to Naruto and Sasuke's own mothers and their connection. But its asking too much for Kishimoto to give any of the female characters nuance.
It's so weird to see someone so powerful be so human. It does get ruined however by the next page where she does a 180 and wishes to kill what she see's as her two "children".
