If a mover moves a customer interstate household and beside verbally communicating valuation for the $.60/pound, there is no contract. Then the box truck ultimately gets broken into and started without the keys and stollen. And there is a claim for $275,000 worth of loss. If the customer never disclosed what was in all there boxes or any incline of value, but the mover also failed to submit a contract showing they were limiting their liability to $.60 a pound.
