So, I live in Canada and want to get on disability, and I'd like some practical advice. To my understanding, the applications need to have certain language in them, otherwise they're far more likely to get rejected. I'm sure there are a bunch of similar pitfalls, and if you know of anything like that, please send it my way. Alternatively, if you know any tips or tricks, that would also be very helpful If you don't know anything about this, but would still like to help, I'd appreciate words... Read more ..read more

Hi, new here and still getting to know the forum. I'm 65 years old and live in Vermont. I'm interested in dietary changes and minor/moderate supplement use to help with fibromyalgia symptoms and pain. Also have diagnoses of rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. No knee cartilage to speak of. I'm new here. I have not been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I have had extensive testing for what seems like everything else for the last 6 months now. Recently my primary care doctor said I may have Rheumatoid Arthritis because of a Rheumatoid factor test result of 14.3. All other inflammatory markers came back normal. I was just to see a neurologist last week and he said no it's not Rheumatoid Arthritis that 14.3 is nothing. I am thinking I may have fibromyalgia caused by extreme stress... Read more ..read more

I was diagnosed with fibro in late 2022. It was suggested I try biofullerene c60 in December 2022, after researching and seeing a review from someone that was on very strong medication for fibro to be nearly drug free convinced me to give it a try. It took 2 weeks before I noticed a difference and believe it can vary for everyone, but it made a big difference, the symptoms are now very mild. To the extent where I’m taking nothing else, other than Vitamins, mainly D3, K2-mk7, & magnesium... Read more ..read more

Good evening, middle of night, or day, everybody!! I just wanted to tell everyone about a self-care app that I've been finding SUPER DUPER helpful for myself. It's called the Finch Care app and it is like having a virtual pet - in this case, a bird - that you care for. It is free to download, although after having it for 4 months, I budgeted for the paid version. What I personally like about it, is if you are unable to complete a task or goal set for yourself (ex chair exercise, or... Read more ..read more

I find this pair together causes more issues than the amount of cooked dinners I’ve eaten in my lifetime. Swelling, pain that can be off the scale. Troubles in getting it out of your system. It’s like it boils over in your stomach causing far too much acid to be produced and turns into a lump of lead inside your intestine. Need I say more than this… Beware ..read more
