What oil for iseki th20-q

Hey everbody, I own a iseki th20-q model type T123F. The transmission has a separate fill plug and does not seem to be attached to the hydraulics. But it also doesn’t have a place to measure the oil level. So I was wondering if anyone knows the type of oil that goes in the transmission? And how much? Or maybe does anyone have a manual? submitted by /u/Promachos23 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I used this tractor doing mulch today at a customers house. I’m a small landscaper but want to scale into bigger projects and was wondering what exact tractor this was. Thanks! submitted by /u/Minute_Warthog_3132 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Should I get a backhoe for my Kubota LX3520?

I'm buying my first machine. After a lot of research I have decided to buy a Kubota LX3520 for property maintenance and cultivation of 3.5 acres in a variety of terrain. I've heard that it's MUCH better to bite the bullet and get the backhoe at the same time as the machine, if it's financially feasible. In my case, it's on the table, but I need to show myself some sort of reasonable ROI. The things I could use it for, include: Planting 30 or so trees over the course of several years Trenching projects including 50 feet of french drain installation, and 2,000 feet of underground ethernet c ..read more

Case 800 Case-o-matic Help

Hello everyone, I just purchased an old Case 800 series tractor at an auction for a great price. Hydraulics work great, engine starts first turn of the key, and the tires are in great shape. The only issue with the tractor is the transmission, specifically getting it into gear from neutral and shifting gears. Any time I try to shift it in gear it just grinds, and the only way I can get it in gear is to stop the tractor, put it in gear and then start it. Is anyone familiar with these transmissions and have any idea what the issue may be? Here's a video from the auction house of the tractor: ht ..read more

Out of all the tractors, this one is my favourite. It always fires up and ready to work. Pulled down a fallen tree yesterday, blocked it in no time and did other misc tasks. Sometimes I go out of my way to do some work so I can drive it ? submitted by /u/WittyUnicornFarts [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Kubota BX23S deal too good to be true?

First time tractor buyer here… I have the opportunity to buy a 2022 Kubota BX23S with 330 hours for $11,500 from an estate. All functions appear to be working, machine looks to be in good to great condition. They say that it was recently serviced. My question is - at such a good price, can I really go wrong here? I’m definitely making the assumption that an older guy would have taken care of his equipment and done the 50 / 100 maintenance, but let’s say he didn’t, could the damage done from zero maintenance on 330 hours be significant enough to not buy it at this price when everything looks t ..read more

First time Land Owner / Tractor Buyer

Hello, I just bought my first piece of "Land". It is a 4 acre plot in East Texas. It is currently heavily wooded with a utility easement running through it that I would like to keep mowed a little more often than they utility company does it. I am also planning on building a house and doing as much of the work as possible myself, including the slap prep. I am going to have a dozer come in and clear the land, but afterwards, I will be doing the rest myself. What would a good used tractor be for me to look at. I know I need a bucket loader, a brush hog and probably will want to rent a box grade ..read more
