Lately, I've noticed significant lagging in my Microsoft Whiteboard whenever I attempt to write using my Wacom pen tablet. I've tried updating everything, but I'm still puzzled as to why this issue persists. Interestingly, it only occurs when my laptop is not plugged in, which never used to be the case before. I built a computer for a client. They have asked me to pre-install a number of pieces of software, including Microsoft Office, which they have a 365 subscription for. But it seems I can only get access to the Office installer after signing in with an account, and I don't have (nor do I want) their credentials. I just want to install the software so it prompts them to sign in when they launch it. How can I access the Office installers without an account? In 2021 we purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021. My understanding was that after the one-time purchase we would NOT receive additional updates/features. However, a few months ago we started getting this pop-up every time we open an Office Application.
