I currently have Office Professional Plus 2021 on my PC so that I can run Microsoft Project for a college class. Last week, our university acquired an Office 365 license for students which doesn't include Project, but it has some useful perks such as the storage in OneDrive. Can I run both versions on my PC at the same time? I don't know if using different users would work. I have a parent company for which my team is the sub contractor. My boss is a moron. But he says that if I open the word document that was sent out, I should be able to select the INSERT ribbon, then to the right I can select "Quick Parts", and then from the drop down menu select the templated auto text which will insert a pre-formatted chunk of an outline. I have 10 people on my team, only 1 can do this. All the other users open the same Word document and we see nothing the Quick Parts menu. Hi. My wife has a Powerpoint presentation that she needs to convert into a handout and export it to word. Problem is it seems that it keeps failing probably because of all the graphic files inside the PPT presentation. Is there anyway to transfer everything? She isn't allowed to remove content from the Presentation.
