What radio in fiat 141 2003?

Hi Fiat Reddit, I drive a fiat 141 (build year 2003) which I love! The boxy design is everything? However, the car came without a radio installed, it does have the part where you can put the radio on but it lacks the actual rectangle with all the buttons to actually turn on the radio. Can I buy one of these attachments or should I buy and install a whole new console/radio unit? Thank you in advance, I can provide more information if needed ofcourse? Good day! submitted by /u/Dangerous-Citron9615 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

How bad is this advisory?

Hi all, Looking to purchase my first car - went to view a fiat 500 (2011) lounge 1.2 yesterday. Drove well and interior was clean with minor paint damage on the exterior. I did an MOT search on the vehicle and it has two advisories but the one I’m concerned about is: rear axle and suspension corroded. Asked owner if he’d fixed these since the last MOT date and he gave me a blanket answer of ‘it’s been running well, it was an advisory’ I think this could be quite dangerous to drive - does anyone agree? I’m also not looking to need to fix the car up for extra money when I could go to a garage a ..read more

Hello, Writing on behalf of a friend, Got a fiat punto grande 2010. The car has been to couple of mechanics recently for a engine warning light. (£700+) It has now been cleared after £300 bill from fiat.(fault O2 sensor) Anyway, The car was stalled and an engine warning light came on. We used a mobile app and getting a error code P181D which won't remove. Does ant one have much info on this error code? I cant find too much online. This car is an automatic. Thank you, Mitchell submitted by /u/anonymous-mitch [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Fair or Overpriced Seatbelt Replacement?

Driver’s side seatbelt latch in my 2012 Fiat 500 broke. Mechanic says it’d be $400 for a new one ($150 for part + $250 for labor because he has to take apart the seat.) He also says he can call around for a used part instead but it might not be that much of a difference and labor will be the same. Plus no warranty on a used one. Is this overpriced or just another instance of Fiat work being pricier overall? I’m still pretty new to the city and kinda picked any random shop that had mainly good reviews. Also is it dumb to go for the used one? submitted by /u/caterpillar-coccoon [visit reddit ..read more

Hey FIAT people New guy here, both on the sub and in the world of FIAT. I am looking to buy a camper van. More specifically I have fallen in love with a Fiat Ducato from 1994 with a Eura Mobil box on it. The specific van has driven 278000 km, it has had a thorough renovation in summer 2023, and looks almost new. Price is a bit above what I was expecting to invest in my new hobby, but not completely out of my range. But there will not be a lot left to do renovations / upgrades if the owner is not willing to cut the top off the price (: I am planning to drive the van with my family, 1600 km fro ..read more
