Just wanting to see if anyone has experienced similar issues and managed to find a cause.
I am the unfortunate owner of a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Active-X manual transmission vehicle with a 2.0L Nu GDI engine. The issues with this engine are well documented having been the subject of a settled class-action lawsuit in the USA and an ongoing class-action lawsuit here in Australia. My car has unfortunately befallen the same fate as many before it, suffering a connecting rod bearing failure, and now requires an engine replacement which, after a protracted dispute with Hyundai, I will be footing the b ..read more

I’m having a hard time deciding which color would be good long term. Transmission blue is my closest choice but I want to hear your guys thoughts.

Hey all,
If you followed my last post, my '23 Elantra hybrid got totalled. Just got a new '24 SEL gas. Supposedly it doesn't have wireless Android Auto due to it having navigation, per the sales rep?
That seems a bit odd.
Anyways, maybe they're right but is there a way to do wireless Android Auto?
Thanks all!

Curious what issues people have had. I had to replace my horn on at 30K miles.

Hello I don’t post here often please correct me if I did anything wrong.
My 2015 Sonata engine seized I’m trying to weigh my options. Option 1 is getting some penetrating oil and hope it rotates. Option 2 sell the car as a shell. I don’t think I can scrape together enough cash for an engine swap. Before the motor seized it was stolen and sat for a while before could get to work on it. Took it for a test drive motor seized checked the oil and it was gone. The car had an oil change a couple months before it was stolen.
I checked for recalls I don’t think my car qualifies.

We have a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate and the check engine light came on a couple weeks ago. I know I shouldn't have neglected getting it checked, but alas, I did. Well, on the drive from work today it suddenly lost power. Not electrical, but like pushing the pedal wasn't doing much and the RPM's wouldn't go as high as normal. I have an appointment scheduled at the shop this upcoming Wednesday but I'm still quite nervous. Anyone have any clue what could cause this? I know it's a very vague description that probably has many possible culprits. I'm just biting my nails. I love my Hyu ..read more
