I live near Sedona, AZ and hike a lot. I found these trees last year and have never seen twists as perfect as the first one. There was a few more like it in the area but I didn’t take pictures. It was almost like human made markers as the area leads to a Pueblo site, at least that’s been my theory. Would like to know if there’s a natural explanation for this.

First time posting in this sub. Looking for some advice on fruit trees.
My local greenhouse sells grafted fruit trees. Cheery trees with 3-4 types grafted together and peach, nectarine and plum, again 4-6 types grafted together.
1) Has anyone ever seen these in real life producing fruit?
2) They say they are sized fully grown as 4-5m tall and 4-6m wide. What spacing would be needed between trees and is the sizing accurate.
3) Can these trees be planted in proximity to a very large black walnut tree?
Thanks all!

I have a large kudzu covered tree growing in my backyard but it has large branches of this coming over the deck. What is it? I live in metro Atlanta in GA, USA. It doesn’t look quite like anything else around it.

Worried these roots are going to cause problems as this young tree continues to grow. Should I prune any of them in winter when the tree goes dormant?

First, the details. I am in southern Ontario, and almost exactly a year ago I transplanted a bunch of Fraser fit (3-1 transplants), White Pine, and White Spruce (both 2-1 transplants) to start a little Christmas tree operation on my property. I got dripline on them last year to get them through the summer, and had strong survival.
This spring the trees have turned a concerning shade of green. See the photos for reference. Some of them are still a "normal" green, but these are relatively few, most trees are somewhere on the spectrum toward yellowish-green. I'm looking for help with the fol ..read more
