Hi all, i have an issue with my 3D printer, an Ender 3v2 with the CR probe installed. I have installed this firmware GD-Ender-3 V2-Marlin2.0.8.2-HW-V4.2.2-SW-V1.0.7_E_N_BLTouch. I removed the z-switch, added the G29 code in the gcode, done the z-offset and the bed leveling, stored the configuration values, but when i print there isn't the compensation and don't adjust the Z-axis during printing of the various layers. Have any solution ..read more

Hello to all, I am using Marlin to build a CNC machine, not a 3D printer. So far I have been able to fight my way through many problems. But now, the heaters do what they want ;-) I hope someone has an idea where the problem is. The problem is that I use the heaters to control valves. The heaters are switched on via M42 P2 S255 and switched off via M42 P2 S0. This works perfectly for Heater 1 and 2. Now I also need Heater 3 for another valve. If I now switch on Heater 3 with M42 P26 S255, Heater 1 is also switched on automatically, for whatever reason. That would also be my question, why are ..read more

Ok so I have a MKD_SGEN_L V1 in a SWX1 printer. I've obviously flashed firmware to it before with no problems, but now trying to update the firmware to the latest marlin version using my usual board settings it compiles with 0 errors but wont flash when sdcard is inserted & noticed the file size is only 167kb in size while usually its closer to 300kb. I've changed nothing in vscode or platformio settings. This all started when I compiled firmware for my BTT TFT35 V2 which file sizes are around 170kb its almost like vscode is building tft firmware instead of mainboard firmware but how is th ..read more

Hello. I mounted the bltouch on the tip of the nozzle in delta printer, so when I run M48 with Z offset of -47mm, the printer shutdown. When configuring z-47, I changed Z_PROBE_OFFSET_RANGE_MIN in configuration.h. I recently switched to an SKR 1.4 with TMC2209 on my i3 Mega which has 2 z steppers and endstops. After configuring Marlin 2.1.2.2 when trying to home the z axis doesn't move at all. Octoprint terminal gives me following output for like 30 seconds, then I get a "Printer halted. kill() called!" Im having issues with being unable to run the z stepper auto align or a bed leveling. Z Steppers Auto-Alignment - Not Reachable- Recv: Probing Failed and Bed Leveling - (L,R,F,B) out of bounds. The math looks right for my limits and coordinates, but something is clearly not clicking. I attached the debug output for the 2 failures, a G28 run (no errors) and the relevant settings from the config. Im running and Idex Dual X Carriage on an Octopus 1.1 and the firmware is current as of yesterday. Any assistance is appreciated! Ben ..read more

Hi there, I recently upgraded my Kossel Mini (Delta) from an Mega2560 to a BTT SKR3 board, with (MKS TMC2209 V2.0) drivers in UART mode, running Marlin 2.1.2.2 - so far with very good results. But I'm having issues with the Extruder stepper motor, in particular when the motor is becoming warm, after approx 1 hour. When retracting, it starts making funny noises and its losing steps - active cooling the motor really helps ... - and I never had these issues when running the motors with the previous A4988 drivers - the 4 drivers are configured to run in UART mode, M122 works fine, the RMS curre ..read more
