Looking for an unlocked phone that works with my Verizon account and has a second sim that I can use international GSM sim while in EU. Not wanting to pay the $10/day Verizon fee. I don't mind a decent refurbished or used phone ( I've had good success with back market in the past) I would like to keep it under $400. Using an S20 plus right now ..read more

Verizon has talked about moving customers to 5G Standalone (SA), but it doesn't yet have a nationwide 5G SA network. Bottom line: There’s no hurry to get to nationwide 5G SA, especially given Verizon’s vast and existing 4G LTE network.
“For me, I want to make sure that if we’re deploying a standalone core, it’s really going to benefit customers and it’s not going to be a step back in any way,” he said.

Sorry if there's a better place to ask.
I currently have a MyVerizon account for my prepaid. I'm thinking of getting the Home Internet. It's my understanding that falls under post paid and I need to create another account, correct?
If so can I use the same email and password ?
I assume the user ID will be whatever phone number is assigned to it, or the new account number.
Do I then need to wait till I receive the device or will they provide that phone number or account info on the...

Several years ago, Verizon performance was terrible especially during times of high network congestion. During the past year, the situation has dramatically improved and I can usually get between 20 and 100 mbps even during congested periods and I have a super el-cheapo highly discounted post paid...

What is up with all of the Verizon TV commercials on at prime time like the one shooting Beyonce into space? They must have a large advertising budget! I have a feeling that us loyal customers will be paying [emoji383] for those fancy and very costly TV ads. [emoji20 ..read more

I've bounced between FirstNet and Verizon for some time and am currently on the former.
This thread is not intended to be about location or price, but rather, overall future orientation and prospects for the networks. If you had to choose one based on anticipated progress and improvement, which would you choose and why?
I ask in light of recent news talking about the multi-year FirstNet investment for an additional 1,000 sites, 5G SA, and other work, on top of what FirstNet did for AT&T...

Specifically, the iPhone 14 series running iOS 17 and the Verizon carrier bundle version 55.1. However, neither I nor anybody I've seen has seen Verizon 5G SA confirmed in Field Test Mode, despite being enabled in Settings ..read more

Hi everyone. I'm just wondering, what are Verizon's current plans they offer if you add a line of service for data on a cellular tablet? Do they have one that's Truly Unlimited Data? And how much would it run a month? :befuddled
