Don’t have a large muffin tin, but didn’t want small cupcake size muffins. So I baked these choc chip muffins in a popover pan! Turned out great! Sort of inspired by the post I saw recently where the person baked muffins in a brownie pan? but hopefully not quite as unhinged.

First time ever attempting rolls! I’m an amateur home baker that tends to stick with cookies, cakes, and bars as those are the easiest/quickest to bake with a baby at home. Went out of my comfort zone with these summery strawberry lemon rolls and while they certainly aren’t uniform and browned a bit more than I’d prefer on the edges- they are quite tasty!

Peanutbutter frosting, topped with chocolate chips, a pretzel crumble, and drizzled with a homemade bourbon caramel sauce.
