Hello! I was gifted Hostas for the first time, and I have no idea what type these are. I tried googling around to figure it out, but I still couldn’t tell. Anyone able to help me ID them? (Also- I took these photos while the car was parked??)

What is this plant beyond my garden fence? I didn't plant it there but previous owners may have
Seems v keen on getting places it shouldn't (like in my shed which is backed up against the fence) and grows to about 8-9ft tall

This popped up in my garden bed and having a hard time identifying. Wasn't there this morning that I can recall, but when I went out this eve they were there! Very teeny tiny white beads/balls on top of soil. No fuzz, seem to be semi-opaque in color. When squished they have an almost slimy consistently, smell between benign and almost like bleach (hard to describe). I have two raised garden beds in both with proper drainage, only showed up in one box so far.
