I had 5G in my RV for a a year. My RV was 50 feet from house.
I moved 4 miles. Before I called Verizon to change address it worked perfectly. : 421 mB/second
I called every day for 16 days and it will not work properly now. I had one man Aiden who could actually listen. Good rep
Edgar and Byron rude, condescending and refused to transfer me to supervisor. Insisting problem can it be fixed.
i know this issue can be fixed but I cannot contact anyone who cares enough to try. .

So, this all started when I decided it was time for a new phone. I upgraded from a S21 Ultra to a S24 ultra on Monday, April 29th at 1pm. I paid for next day delivery by 8pm. After placing my order on the My Verizon app, I received a tracking number at 7pm that night and when I looked at it, it said "label has been created, we will update when we receive the package" so I went to bed and expected my phone to be delivered the following day at 8pm. The following day, the tracking had not updated and I still had no phone. At this point I decided to reach out to Verizon for support via their messe ..read more

How do I provide documents to gain access to my father’s account. He is living but unable to access it due to damage from his stroke.

We live in a rural area where Verizon has abandoned all land line service. There hasn't been land line service out here for 10+ years. Can we remove the abandoned junction box in our yard right next to our mailbox? It is an eyesore (ALL of them are an eyesore).
