Just finished cleaning my S&W M&P Shield 2.0 .380 EZ, I noticed the hammer has scratches and is rough to the touch allover. Is this normal? Not happy with this gun right now anyway. 2 original mags, last round just started to do a live round stovepipes. As all of you know I have been trying to finish a project that my Dad and I started before he passed in 2022. Today that project fired its first shots on the home range he built. Hi folks, I just took possession of a like new M&P 9c made in 2009 and was hoping to find a decent trigger upgrade. I live in Massachusetts and it was originally purchased here so it has the mandatory 287 pound trigger pull. I’d love to get it down to around 129 pounds at least, or maybe 5 pounds if that’s easier. Newer to shooting (and the forum), and purchased a 3.1” Performance Center Shield plus. I love it, love the lack of recoil and how it feels in hand. I couldn’t find it anywhere to rent (but loved the Shield plus), so went out on a limb and just bought it and am very happy with my decision. The only part I’m not in love with are the red/green fiber optic sights. Has anyone tried the XSSights, specifically the DXW2 sights?
