Today’s guest is Abby Brenner who is a former gymnast at the University of Michigan and the University of Utah. During her athletic career Abby truly did it all from helping Michigan win its first ever national title in 2021 and winning two Big Ten Championships as a team. She then transferred to Utah for her 5th year where she helped Utah win the Pac-12 Championship as a team and took home the individual Pac-12 vault title.
