I use the Prime All from Sharpshooter. I don’t use the binder. That is the off white powder marked with a s. I mix acetone and Duco cement. I don’t measure,I just squeeze some of the Duco into the acetone. Mix as per the directions. Fill the cap 1/2 to ..read more

Hope you can continue reporting on your results here. I have not had any luck so far making my own caps. Mostly with the priming compound mixture. Anyway, as far as commercial caps, I've not had mis-fires on caps that I knew were at least 40 years old ..read more
